Launch a scripted auto-play movie that runs end-to-end with no mic and no signup — or drive the live consumer voice assistant yourself.
Watch demos showing examples of how Pal handles different user interactions.
You can also Try it Now for yourself, using plan data from the previous enrollment period.
The flagship movie. Pal greets, walks through providers / medications / pharmacy / health usage, unlocks D-SNP after a Medicaid disclosure, opens plan results, shortlists and compares, then drives all the way through enrollment with a Medicare-card camera scan and eligibility confirmation.
A walkthrough of the PurlPal experience.
Pal walks the user through providers / medications / pharmacy / health usage — including scanning a pill bottle with the camera to capture a medication — unlocks D-SNP plans after a Medicaid disclosure, opens plan results, and helps the user compare plans. Pal then guides the user through enrollment, scanning the user's Medicare card via camera scan, and confirming eligibility.
The only demo that performs both camera scans on screen.
Demos starting from the Plan Results page, so you can focus on the plan shopping experience without the user onboarding.
No chronic-condition disclosure, no Medicaid. Visitor browses inventory, asks about benefits, opens a card.
Visitor voluntarily discloses diabetes; Pal unlocks C-SNP plans, narrates the shortlist, opens a plan card.
Visitors describe preferences and the visible plan list updates to match them. Translates colloquial phrases ('the cheap PPO', 'the gold one') to specific plan filters.
Visitor describes five preferences: fitness + dental, premium ceiling, star rating, then 'show me everything again'. Pal narrows down options to a single carrier and opens HumanaChoice by a user-friendly name (not a plan ID).
Stacks the numeric side of narrow_to_plans — max out-of-pocket ≤ $4,000, PPO-only, zero drug deductible, and a specialist-copay cap under $50 — then restores the full inventory. Complements Charleston's benefit / premium / star / carrier lineup.
Three narrowing rounds, one plan pinned each round. When a later PPO-only filter hides both pinned HMOs, the candidate badge above the plan list keeps them tracked — proof that Pal is your working memory across the whole search. Ends with a three-way compare and a visitor-chosen plan.
Resolves questions based on relative references, like 'the one we just looked at'. Shows a disambiguation moment when 'a gold plan' matches multiple Humana plans.
First-time visitor onboarding. A coach mark on the Talk with Pal launcher tells the shopper they can speak or type. Once the panel opens, a second coach mark points at the Text Only chip; the visitor clicks it and Pal switches to a text-only chat. Shows that Pal accommodates users who don't want to speak out loud — accessibility, private settings, noisy rooms, or personal preference.
Coach mark on the Pal launcher, then a second coach mark on the Text Only chip. Visitor clicks Text Only right away, types 33139, and Pal drives the page from the chat.
Pal is licensed and operates under CMS Marketing Guidelines. These demos exercise the 'no' behaviors that keep the channel compliant: declining to recommend a specific plan, redirecting off-topic conversation, handing off warmly when a shopper asks for a person, and ending the call for complex medical background or inappropriate input. Every handoff routes to a licensed Walmart Insurance Services agent.
The CMS-compliance moneymaker. Visitor asks Pal to pick a plan; Pal declines per Marketing Guidelines, asks what matters most, then puts three plans keeping the visitor's cardiologist side by side and bounces the choice back.
Four vignettes end-to-end. An off-topic political question gets a polite redirect and the session continues. A visitor asking for a real person is warmly routed to a licensed WIS agent. A recent organ transplant disclosure triggers an empathetic handoff. A trolling opener triggers the zero-tolerance handoff.
